Finance Officer

We’re looking for a sharp, reliable Finance Officer to support our end-to-end transactional finance operations. This is a hands-on role where accuracy matters, relationships count, and no two days look the same.

You’ll work across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Trust & Settlements, helping keep our financial engine running smoothly while contributing to continuous improvement across the finance function.


What you’ll be doing

You’ll be trusted with critical financial processes and be a key support to both internal teams and external partners.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Process supplier invoices and customer billings accurately and on time
• Match POs, invoices, and receipts with a strong eye for detail
• Allocate and reconcile incoming and outgoing payments, follow up outstanding receivables, and resolve discrepancies
• Respond to enquiries professionally, ensuring timely resolution of issues

Trust & Settlements

• Process and reconcile buyer, seller, and trust account transactions in line with regulatory requirements
• Support month-end and year-end close activities including reconciliations and reporting and handling audit queries.
• Process seller settlements, refunds, cancellations, and manual billings accurately and in line with approved processes.
• Maintain strong internal controls and support audit requirements nd ensure compliance with trust and financial policies

Systems & Improvement

• Use SAP and financial systems to process transactions and maintain data integrity
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across finance operations

What we’re looking for

You’re someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys structure, and can juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball.

You’ll bring:

• Experience in transactional finance (AP, AR, or similar roles)
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience using SAP or similar systems
• The ability to manage deadlines, problem-solve, and stay organised
• A collaborative mindset and a willingness to get stuck in
• A Diploma or Certificate in Accounting or Finance is desirable
